Stop eating shakes and most desserts

My stomach hurts. I ordered a shake today at Whataburger while eating there with Nolan. I plan to try to remember that dessert often makes me feel bad and so I want to stop eating it! :)

Start Drinking Tea

I told Benaiah and Kim of my temptation to start drinking something with caffeine in it and they suggested I start drinking tea. It does not have a whole lot of caffeine. ;)

I plan to go watch Slumdog Millionaire at the Dollar Theatre tomorrow at 7:05pm and I've invided almost 150 of my friends to come too. :)

I wonder how many will show up. :)

Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts by Dr. Les Parrott III and Dr. Leslie Parrott (They also publish a book called Saving Your Second Marriage Before It Starts which would particularly address some of the issues you guys may be facing.)
Preparing for Marriage by David Boehi, Brent Nelson, Jeff Schulte, and Lloyd Shadrach
Intimate Allies by Dan B. Allender

The middle two may have workbooks that come with them (I know that the second one does). You might go to a Christian store and peruse them and pick out the one(s) that most appeal to you.

There are probably other good ones out there that I'm not as familiar with. Here are some that I haven't read but are from reputable authors.
